The Boyden Assignment Process
A typical interim management assignment process is as follows:
- Briefing meeting to cover scope and scale of role, key deliverables and timetables
- Detailed specification returned for approval
- Search, identification and briefing of matched candidates
- Shortlist of 2-3 candidates submitted to include CVs, references and fee requirements
- Interviews scheduled between clients and interim executives
- Selection of successful candidate and contract negotiation
- Scheduled contact programme agreed with both clients and interim executive
- Regular review meetings and conference calls to ensure all key deliverables are met
- Three way project review between client, interim executive and Boyden interim management
