The Boyden Assignment Process

A typical interim management assignment process is as follows:

  • Briefing meeting to cover scope and scale of role, key deliverables and timetables
  • Detailed specification returned for approval
  • Search, identification and briefing of matched candidates
  • Shortlist of 2-3 candidates submitted to include CVs, references and fee requirements
  • Interviews scheduled between clients and interim executives
  • Selection of successful candidate and contract negotiation

  • Scheduled contact programme agreed with both clients and interim executive
  • Regular review meetings and conference calls to ensure all key deliverables are met

  • Three way project review between client, interim executive and Boyden interim management
