Andrew Watts

London - Interim Management

Andrew graduated in Law and went on to gain his LPC at the London College of Law. His early career was as a Solicitor, specialising in commercial property and litigation. He moved into search in 2004, joining Whitehead Mann as a Research Associate in their General Industry Group. His particular focus was Director level appointments in the engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy and transportation sectors.

In his time as a Research Consultant, Andrew worked with organisations including: BP, BAA, AstraZeneca, GKN, Bombardier, Serco and Compass. His functional experience is broad, having placed candidates in CEO/MD, NED, finance, operations, procurement, HR, commercial and strategy roles.

In 2008, Andrew joined the Interim Management team at Boyden. As Head of Research, he has overall responsibility for candidate management and research to ensure that assignments are delivered efficiently and successfully. His goal is to provide excellence in our service and to treat our Interim Managers on a par with our clients.
