Jayne first joined Boyden in 2006 when she worked on our executive search team. After leaving to spend two years working at Alium Partners as a Researcher in the Finance and Business Transformation practice, Jayne returned to Boyden in 2010 to work with us as a Research Consultant on the Interim team.

Prior to this, Jayne has 20 years’ experience working within Investment Banking, having held roles at the Bank of England, Commerzbank , CLS and Lazards, where she worked with the Quantitative Economics Strategy Team on a software-based system that offered a comprehensive graphic view of the trading performance of the industrial, retail, construction, and distribution sectors.

Jayne works on all our live roles, liaising closely with our Partners to identify the best Interim Managers on the market.
