Vicki joined the Boyden Interim Management team in early 2009. She has over 15 years’ research experience in the industry, working previously at both Praxis Interim and Brooklands Executive. As a founding Board Director of Brooklands, Vicki was instrumental in launching and growing the business successfully during her eight years with the company. 

Previously Vicki worked for CBS Inc. both in London and New York in their International Cash Management and Internal Audit departments. Her early career was in an administrative capacity with the original Institute of Directors & BUPA Executive Health Screening Centre.

Vicki works closely with our Partners to cultivate and maintain close relationships with our clients, as well as managing our portfolio of Interim Managers.
