We have a robust, thorough and established business process which is designed to maximise our efficiency and accuracy in providing clients with the best Interim Manager available, often against demanding timeframes. Our process begins the moment we take an enquiry, right through to an Interim Manager's completion of an assignment.
Enquiry: All client enquiries are responded to in a timely fashion by one of our Partners. We will quickly establish whether we are the best-placed provider to assist.
Brief: After an initial enquiry has been made, we will arrange to take a full briefing. This will involve detailed discussion of the company's needs, the scale, scope and deliverables of the role in question, as well as cultural fit, budgets and timeframes.
Search: Our dedicated research team will immediately begin sourcing candidates from our portfolio of Interim Managers who we consider to be the top 10% on the market, contacting each individual to ascertain their availability and suitability for the role. A long-list of candidates will be met in person by our Partners — although many of the Interim Managers we work with are already well known to us. We believe it is of paramount importance that we have had in-depth, face-to-face meetings with any candidate that we are considering for a role, to ensure complete confidence that we are presenting only the best Interims in the market.
Shortlist: The CV's of 2 - 3 candidates will be presented, along with rates, availability and a succinct report highlighting their most pertinent skills and experience.
Interviews: We will schedule interviews between the selected candidates and the client. Interviews can be held at client premises, at a mutually convenient location, or at Boyden Interim Management's central London office.
Candidate Selection: After the necessary interviews have taken place, the best-fit candidate will be selected and final terms agreed. We will take care of all contractual administration, and the Interim Manager will be ready to step into their new role as soon as possible.
During the Assignment: Boyden Interim Management stay in contact throughout, conducting mid-assignment review meetings to ensure all deliverables are being met to the client's complete satisfaction.
Following the Assignment: When an assignment has drawn to a close, we will have post-assignment meetings with both the client and the Interim Manager to allow a full and complete handover and knowledge transfer.
